With all of the support this year, we raised $78,000.00 and were fortunate to present each of our charities The Children’s Hospital Foundation of Manitoba and Cancer Care Manitoba Foundation with a cheque of $39,000.00. This was our biggest year yet.
Today we welcomed 1988 participants and of those we had 728 kids attend. We had an amazing day on the ice with great weather.
Thank you to all for attending, to our sponsors for their continued support and to all our volunteers for your dedication. We had a lot of fun with the Mascots this year and the impromptu dance party was a big hit. Some of our sponsors had interactive games for the kids and random prize give away’s. Toques galore were flying.
